Job Description: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Uplift Consulting Corporation serves as the primary financial architect for the firm, which acts as the Business Administration Advisory arm of the Favor System Foundation. This executive role requires a sophisticated blend of corporate financial mastery, real estate development acumen, and philanthropic mission alignment. The CFO is responsible for the financial health and strategic growth of Uplift, ensuring that advisory services provided to clients are backed by fiscal integrity. Beyond traditional corporate oversight, this role bridges the gap between Fortune 500-level financial rigor and the community-centric goals of the parent Foundation.
Responsibilities:
Core Job Responsibilities The CFO's duties are divided into three strategic pillars: Corporate Stewardship, Advisory Excellence, and Philanthropic Integration. 1. Financial Strategy & Oversight •Fiscal Architecture: Direct all financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term capital management. •Risk Management: Mitigate organizational risk by overseeing compliance, audits, and internal controls across all consulting projects. •Real Estate Portfolio Management: Utilize specialized knowledge to oversee financial modeling and feasibility studies for real estate development initiatives. 2. Business Administration Advisory •Fortune 500 Methodology: Translate 25+ years of high-level account management experience into actionable advisory frameworks for Uplift’s clientele. •Profitability Optimization: Analyze client business structures to identify efficiencies and scale their administrative operations. •Executive Reporting: Provide the Board of Directors and the Foundation’s leadership with transparent, data-driven insights into Uplift’s performance. 3. Foundation & Community Alignment •Subsidiary Synergy: Ensure Uplift’s financial goals support the overarching mission of the Favor System Foundation. •Impact Investing: Oversee the financial structuring of charitable giving initiatives and community-based development projects. •Legacy Building: Maintain the financial viability of the Foundation’s construction and social programs to ensure long-term community impact.
