Chief Operating Officer

Phillip L. Hodnitt IV serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Uplift Consulting Corporation, the dedicated Business Administration Agency and corporate subsidiary of The Favor System Foundation.org. As a Co-Founder of the parent non-profit organization, Phillip has been instrumental in the Foundation’s journey from its initial conception to its current operational success.

In his role as COO, Phillip bridges the gap between philanthropic mission and corporate execution. He oversees the daily operations of Uplift Consulting, ensuring that the agency provides high-level administrative support and strategic guidance that aligns with the Foundation’s core values. In addition to his leadership at Uplift, he is the Co-Founder of several Favor Brands, expanding the reach of the "Favor" philosophy through innovative brand development and entrepreneurial ventures.

Job Description: Chief Operating Officer (COO) The Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Uplift Consulting Corporation serves as the primary architect of the firm’s internal infrastructure and service delivery. As the operational lead for the Business Administration Advisory arm of the Favor System Foundation, the COO ensures that the organization functions with precision, scalability, and excellence. While the CEO looks outward at growth and the CFO looks inward at fiscal health, the COO is focused on the process. This executive is responsible for the day-to-day management of consulting teams, the execution of real estate development projects, and the seamless integration of the Foundation's philanthropic mission into Uplift’s operational workflows

Responsibilities:

The COO’s duties are focused on Execution, Team Optimization, and Quality Assurance. 1. Operational Excellence & Execution •Process Design: Develop and implement standardized "Favor System" operational procedures to ensure consistency across all consulting engagements. •Project Management: Oversee the lifecycle of real estate and business development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and above client expectations. •Technology Integration: Manage the implementation of CRM, ERP, and project management tools to streamline communication between the Foundation and the subsidiary. 2. Team Leadership & Resource Management •Talent Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of consultants and administrators who embody the organization's values. •Resource Allocation: In coordination with the CFO, manage the deployment of human and technical capital to maximize efficiency across various departments. •Performance Metrics: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the advisory arm’s service delivery. 3. Strategy Implementation •Translating Vision: Work directly with the CEO to convert long-term strategic goals into actionable quarterly and monthly operational plans. •Vendor & Partner Management: Oversee relationships with third-party contractors, particularly in the construction and real estate sectors, ensuring compliance with the Foundation’s standards. •Crisis Management: Act as the primary problem-solver for operational bottlenecks, ensuring the firm remains agile and responsive to client needs.
